Teen Factor will build a large group-home facility that will accommodate up to 12 teenagers, ages 13 through 17, and is licensed by the State of Maryland.

We are currently seeking a rural location in upper Montgomery County or southern Frederick County—one that offers approximately 50 acres of land.

Teen Factor residents will stay for up to 18 months in a home-like, family setting. Each home will be built to accommodate six to eight teens, with males and females in separate facilities.

All teens will benefit from:

• 24/7 support—unconditional love, skilled mentoring, and supervision from round-the-clock "parents" and trained interns
• Needed services—provided by Teen Factor's certified clinical counselor and other resources in the community
• A structured environment—with regular times for ongoing education, healthy recreation, Bible-based instruction, prayer, worship, and service to others

Their families will also have access to counseling and support.
